Basic Screening Call

Step 3

Role-specific Technical Round

Here candidates undergo a comprehensive evaluation tailored to the specific role. This includes technical assessments, or practical exercises by Chartered Accountants and other qualified finance professionals, designed to gauge their expertise and problem-solving abilities in relation to the job requirements.

Step 4

HR Round

The focus in this round is on understanding the candidate’s alignment with your company's values and policies. We discuss their career aspirations, interpersonal skills, and work ethic, ensuring that they fit well within your organizational culture.

Step 5

Interview with Client

The shortlisted candidates from all these rounds are forwarded to the client for direct evaluation.

Step 6

Decision & Offer

Using feedback from both our team and the client, we make a well-informed hiring decision and extend a formal offer that outlines the terms of employment. Following this, we initiate the onboarding process to seamlessly integrate the new hire into your team.
